While a boast in lottery participation was expected, revenue derived from lottery participation exceeded expectations by greater than $300 million over the past year.
- Broward and Gadsden County School Districts, who’d voted for mandatory mask mandates for the upcoming school year last year week, both confirmed they’d reversed their decisions after Governor DeSantis’s executive order signed on Friday.
