Palm Beach County is making a second round of mortgage assistance available to struggling homeowners.
The Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Mortgage Assistance Program allows new applicants impacted by the pandemic to apply for financial assistance to help pay for things like delinquent mortgage payments, late fees, HOA fees, special assessments and other mortgage-related costs.
Up to six months of assistance for a maximum of $10,000 is available for each income-eligible household and online applications are being accepted beginning on Monday.
