The Palm Beach County School District is teaming up with the Health Care District of Palm Beach County to offer the newly approved Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11.

The Health Care District's mobile clinics are being rolled out at local schools, beginning this week.

That will start at Lincoln Elementary in Riviera Beach from 7:30 am. to 10:30 am. and at Washington Elementary in West Palm Beach from 12:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

The mobile unit will be outside the School District headquarters on Forest Hill Blvd in West Palm Beach Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Every school day moving forward the clinics will be at two different schools.

The vaccinations are not a requirement to attend class and Governor DeSantis in West Palm Beach this week announced that he will not allow any school vaccine mandates.
