  • Florida’s Department of Health has provided updated guidance regarding last week’s announced plan to rescind vaccine mandates within the state. The department initiated the rule change on September 3rd and must wait for a 90-day period for changes to take effect – meaning December 2nd would be the earliest date for changes allowable under executive authority to take place. According to Palm Springs, flea markets and outdoor theaters are not permitted under zoning rules forcing the coming closure. The Swap Shop had operated under a 2004 Annexation Agreement with the village that had expired. Vendors must cease operations by September 30th, with the Swap Shop being fully removed by October 3rd.
