It’s been 118 days since President Biden sat down for a one-on-one interview. That all ends today. Against the backdrop of 41-year high inflation, record high gas prices, rise in violence, a border crisis, geopolitical crises, President Joe Biden is finally stepping up to the plate to address these key issues with...Jimmy Kimmel. Now arguably, given the credibility of most news reporters and the political agenda of Jimmy Kimmel’s show, an appearance with Kimmel will be about as substantive as it would be with any of the alphabet network news reporters. Nevertheless, it reeks of desperation and apparently Kimmel is as close to someone credible as the President’s handlers (you know the ones he’s told us, tell him to when to take questions, how long to take questions and who to take questions from) will let him go one-on-one with. This side of Biden calling a press conference to ask us all to like him, this is seemingly about as desperate as it gets. Especially when you consider the size of the audience. Kimmel’s audience totals 1.5 million viewers, or fewer people nationally than live in Palm Beach County – let alone Broward and Miami-Dade. But is it the most desperate Democrat ploy this week? Because tomorrow’s “prime-time” January 6th TV spectacle just may take the cake. Ensuring there’s no doubt Congressional Democrats are every bit as tone-deaf as President Biden, your key concern – the one which warrants a primetime Congressional “special”, is January 6th, 2021. I guess when you’re not willing to address any of the real concerns of Americans, you attempt to wag the dog. But the dog appears to be as lame as Biden and as entertaining as Kimmel.
