Thanks to the recent rain, Broward County is spraying for mosquitoes tonight.
Parts of Pembroke Pines, Dania Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Hollywood are set to be sprayed from 10 tonight until 6 Saturday morning.
Broward Mosquito Control is also going door-to-door and spraying in areas throughout the county where the Department of Health has reported 7 cases of people with chikungunya or dengue fevers.
Overall, Florida has 26 reported cases of these diseases.
