Miami Mayor's now former Communications Director is behind bars on allegations he sent a nude photo of himself to an underage teenager.
Rene Pedrosa was arrested this morning on charges of promoting sexual performance by a child, computer pornography, electronic transmission that's harmful to minors and battery.
The 48-year-old resigned on Tuesday after meeting with Mayor Francis Suarez.
Before turning to politics, Pedrosa was a television reporter.
