Stuart, Fl. (Florida News Network)-Three men were caught on video yelling racist and homophobic slurs at a black man who was on board a boat with fishing off Stuart last Thursday. Shannon Bustamante has a YouTube Channel about fishing and was recording a video while his friends fished, that's when another boat approached, and the men on board became verbally abusive toward the 21 year old black man, who did not want to be identified. Bustamante posted the video hoping wanting to bring awareness to racism.
