The state of Florida says a Palm Beach County convicted murderer is "not entitled to any further review" and should be executed as planned tomorrow.

Duane Owen is set to be put to death by lethal injection for the murder of 38-year old mother of two Georgianna Worden in Boca Raton back in 1984. He was also convicted of killing a teenage babysitter in Delray Beach that same year.

Owen's attorneys this week asked the U.S. Supreme Court to stop the execution, but Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody in her response said it is "not in the public interest" to further delay the punishment for the 62-year old.
