Demolition at 'the Square,' formerly known as City Place, has officially begun in West Palm Beach.
Video making the rounds online from Only Palm Beach TV shows the crane demolishing the building that was once the AMC movie theatre.
The multiplex closed back in April to make way for two new office buildings that will be built at the corner of South Rosemary Avenue and Hibiscus Street.
The Palm Beach Improv and the Copper Blues are also being demolished.
The Square is owned by the Related Group, which is run by Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross.
