UFC star Conor McGregor avoiding sexual assault charges after an incident during the NBA Finals at the Kaseya Center earlier this year. The alleged victim, Ariel Mitchell, told police McGregor forced himself on her in the VIP men's bathroom and aggressively kissed her.
The state attorney's office cited insufficient evidence. The Miami Police Department said in a statement that the matter is "closed."
