A Court Win For Environmental Groups Trying To Shut Down Alligator Alcatraz

A win in court for the environmental groups trying to shut down Alligator Alcatraz. Eve Samples with Friends of the Everglades says a judge has ruled the state must turn over records related to the facility within the next twenty-one days. The suit was filed under the National Environmental Policy Act requiring the government to analyze environmental impacts and take public input. Governor DeSantis says he will not allow this ruling to deter the facility from its mission.
