Cuban Coast Guard Kills Four, Injures Six In Florida Registered Boat

Four people are dead and six others are injured after the Cuban Coastguard opened fire on a Florida registered speedboat.

The Cuban Embassy in the U.S. said the boat was detected in territorial waters near Cuba and when border guard troops approached the vessel, they were shot at.

The border guard troops returned fire after the commander of the Cuban vessel was injured.

The six injured are receiving medical treatment.

There's been no statement from U.S. officials at this time.

This comes the day after the 30th anniversary of the Cuban Air Force's shootdown of two Brothers to the Rescue humanitarian planes in what the UN determined was international airspace.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier is now getting involved...
