The arraignment hearing for Tiger Woods was scheduled for Wednesday, but it has been postponed to late October.
Woods faces a DUI charge after his arrest in May.
The golfer was asleep at the wheel of his car, which was parked along the side of the road in Jupiter.
Police found no evidence of alcohol in his system, but he told officers that he had taken Xanax and Vicodin.
Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg says Woods will enter the First Time DUI Offender Program at his hearing on October 25.
