Palm Beach Zoo Reopens

Otter - Palm Beach Zoo

The Palm Beach Zoo is gearing up to reopen for the first time since Hurricane Irma.

A Zoo spokeswoman says it will partially reopen Thursday after sustaining damage to some animals' habitats and downed fences.

Workers have been repairing the damage, but all of it won't be completely fixed when the zoo partially reopens at a discount.

The admission will be $10 for adults, which is half off the normal price and $5 for children, which is usually $15.

The zoo says that, in place of shows and keeper talks, they'll have animal meet and greets.
