Two Tornadoes Have Been Confirmed In Palm Beach County

The National Weather Service has confirmed two tornadoes touched down in Palm Beach County as a result of the weather whipped up by Tropical Storm Philippe over the weekend.

The damage includes two homes in the Parry Trailer Village in Boynton Beach, where one mobile home had its roof ripped off and another had its windows blown out.  Nobody was inside at the time, according to residents of the mobile home park.

The other tornado was confirmed near Forest Hill Boulevard and I-95.

A third possible tornado was being investigated near downtown West Palm Beach.

The confirmed tornadoes were EF-0's, which have winds between 70 and 80 miles per hour.
